If there is a problem with the Device Firmware Update or you need to reset the Device Firmware, follow the procedure detailed below. This procedure is for v2 Interfaces ONLY (i.e. Log Box v2 or USB v2). Please ensure that you have a strong and stable internet connection during the update process.
1. Unplug the device from the USB cable.
2. Ensure the switch is in the Read/Write position (switch moved to the right-hand side as shown below).
3. Plug the USB cable back into the Interface and computer.
5. Click on Re-Install Firmware.
6. Follow the on screen prompts to Reset the Device.
7. Once the device has been connected all 3 LED lights should be flashing.
8. Follow the on screen prompts to Reset Device.
9. Once completed you will directed back to the Device Configuration.
