We do not offer phone support, as the majority of our customers are international, which causes language issues on the phone.
If we were to provide phone support, we cannot ask for, or send back, files/photos/screenshots/links, which is a major part of our ability to solve issues for all customers.
It also allows us to support customers 24hrs a day / 5 days a week, as we have support staff in the US, UK, EU, and Australia, and tickets can be handled around the clock, and even passed from one support staff to another for complex, or extended support.
